Terms and Conditions for LuckyPool
This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LuckyPool, Inc. ("LuckyPool," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the LuckyPool platform (the "Service"), including its web3 blockchain-based Pool creation and management features, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
1. Acceptance and Scope
1.1 Agreement Overview
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as any future modifications that may be made to it. This Agreement governs your use of the LuckyPool platform, including all functionalities related to creating, managing, and participating in Pools.
1.2 Service Description
LuckyPool enables users to create on-chain Pools featuring customizable parameters such as cover images, names, due dates, reward settings (including reward amount, total winners, network specifics), and task-based participation mechanisms. Users are responsible for depositing the reward funds into the Pool, which remain securely held on-chain until the winners claim their designated rewards.
2. Eligibility and Account Verification
2.1 Eligibility
You affirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Users must ensure that their participation in the Service does not conflict with any local, state, or international laws applicable to them.
2.2 Account Registration and Verification
- Wallet Connection: To use the Service, you must connect your digital wallet and complete a verification process by signing a message.
- Social Media Integration: In instances where tasks require interactions with Twitter (X) (e.g., liking, quoting, following), you are required to link your Twitter account.
- Email Provision: You may provide an email address if you wish to receive notifications regarding Pool outcomes or account activities.
- Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your wallet and for maintaining control over your private keys and seed phrases. LuckyPool does not collect or store sensitive credentials.
3. Pool Creation, Reward Deposits, and Task Participation
3.1 Pool Creation
When creating a Pool, you will be required to specify details such as the Pool cover, name, due date, reward settings (including reward per winner, total number of winners, and associated network details), and any tasks that participants must complete to earn tickets. By creating a Pool, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3.2 Reward Deposits
- Deposit Requirements: You must transfer the entire reward amount to the Pool at the time of creation. The deposited rewards are held securely on-chain until such time as winners claim their rewards.
- Irretrievability Post-Deposit: Once the reward funds have been deposited, LuckyPool is unable to reverse or cancel the transaction. Users must exercise due diligence prior to depositing funds.
3.3 Task Participation and Winner Selection
- Task Completion: Users participate by completing designated tasks to earn tickets. Increased ticket accumulation improves the probability of winning.
- Random Winner Selection: The fairness of the winner selection process is guaranteed by random number generator (RNG) algorithm, and is beyond the control or influence of LuckyPool.
- Evidence of Fairness: All evidence and audit trails demonstrating the fairness of the selection process are available upon request.
3.4 Post-Expiration Provisions
- Claiming Rewards: Winners may claim their rewards in accordance with the Pool's terms.
- Unclaimed Rewards: If winners fail to claim their rewards within three months after the Pool's expiration, they will lose their rewards, any unclaimed funds—whether due to non-claiming winners or an insufficient number of participants—can be reclaimed by the Pool owner.
4. User Obligations and Conduct
4.1 Due Diligence and Verification
Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of the LuckyPool website, the details of any on-chain transactions, and the parameters of the Pools they create or participate in. LuckyPool shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions executed on scam websites or due to errors in verification.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any activities that could compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and any attempt to manipulate the Pool parameters or winner selection process.
4.3 Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while using the Service.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
All content, design elements, and software related to LuckyPool are owned by LuckyPool or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
5.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content (e.g., Pool covers, descriptions), you grant LuckyPool a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
6.1 Limitation of Liability
- Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- No Guarantee: LuckyPool makes no representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or security of on-chain transactions or the outcome of Pools.
- Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that on-chain transactions carry inherent risks and that LuckyPool is not liable for any loss of funds or assets resulting from technical issues, user errors, or interactions with fraudulent websites.
6.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LuckyPool, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
7. Modifications to Terms
LuckyPool reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2.2 Irretrievability of Funds
Once a reward deposit is made to a Pool, LuckyPool does not have the ability to reverse, cancel, or retrieve the funds. Users must exercise extreme caution and due diligence prior to initiating any on-chain transaction.
3. Winner Selection and Randomness
The process for selecting winners in a Pool is underpinned by random number generator (RNG) algorithm that guarantees fairness. LuckyPool does not control or influence the outcome of this process.
4. No Warranty or Guarantee

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LuckyPool expressly disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.2 No Liability
Under no circumstances shall LuckyPool be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided therein.
5. Third-Party Links and Integrations
LuckyPool may include links or integrations with third-party services, such as Twitter (X) and blockchain networks. These third parties operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. LuckyPool is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
